CNC Precision Clamping Collets Introduction
Collets are used widely in CNC milling and grinding machine. We use them to hold a tool(end mills, drills) in a central position as rotating.
As the tool is inserted into the collet, the device expands and provides uniform pressure to hold the tool in place.
As manufacturer of machine tool accessories, our company supply different types collets. Such as following,
ER collets, accuracy is 0.008mm-0.015mm, sizes from ER8 to ER50. This is the most popular types collet.
SK collets is of high speed. It is slim type collets.
5C collets use together with 5C collet chuck fixture, and 5C collet block set.
Also we supply SC straight collets, DIN6343 collets, EOC/OZ collets, W25 collets and 16C collets.
Besides collets, we also supply the collet chuck, spanner wrench and other accessories.
In order to remain the collets in good situation, we supply different package. Such as simple sealed package, plastic box, or aluminum box.
