Intelligent Touch Screen Control: The user-friendly PLC interface allows you to easily input the thread pitch, target depth, forward cutting speed, and rapid reverse speed. It also features a "peck tapping" mode for deep holes and tough materials.
High-Torque Servo Motor: Delivers smooth, consistent, and powerful torque across the entire RPM range. Unlike pneumatic tappers, electric servo motors do not stall under heavy loads and operate much more quietly.
Universal Articulating Head: The spindle head can be rotated and locked at any angle (0° to 360°). This allows for vertical, horizontal, and multi-angle tapping on the same workpiece without needing to unclamp or rotate the heavy part.
Torque-Limiting Safety Collets: The machine utilizes standard ISO, JIS, or DIN quick-change collets equipped with adjustable slip clutches. If the tap hits the bottom of a blind hole or encounters excessive resistance, the clutch slips instantly, preventing the tap from snapping.
